The Change Leaders was founded as a network and community of practice in 2004. The group has its origins in the Master in “Consulting and Coaching for Change”, a joint venture of Oxford University, UK, and HEC-Paris, France, and maintains a permanent relationship with the two organizations.
Change Leaders members, including faculty from both institutions, have an average of 20 years of experience as leaders, managers, consultants and coaches in private, public and non-profit organizations. Their experiences span North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and South America. Many are fluent in multiple languages, having worked in multiple regions.
The group is made up of practitioners in the field of change, whether individuals or organizations. Some are recognized researchers, writers, speakers, executives or consultants on topics related to the transformation of individuals, organizations or systems.
This global network and community of practices grows from the formation of new individuals who complete the University of Oxford/HEC-Paris program, as well as the expansion of the body of knowledge generated by new research, consulting and coaching work carried out by its members. This knowledge is shared between members of The Change Leaders and the individuals and organizations served by their services.
