We facilitate the conversations necessary for the first level of leadership to act as a value generation team, which mobilizes the organization for what really matters.
We connect culture to strategy in a systemic and pragmatic way. We work with leadership and their teams to identify the changes that need to happen and help build new benchmarks that support collective ambitions.
We prepare leaders to deal with complex business and people challenges. We help individuals to raise awareness about themselves, their teams and the organization, acquiring new perspectives and repertoires to be more effective.
We combine scientifically validated methods with a practical approach adapted to the reality of each client, as in the work of an artisan
We believe that to have a more collaborative and effective work environment, organizations need to cultivate more humanized environments, where psychological safety ensures diversity of thought and positions, enabling innovation and performance agendas.
An organization is limited by the level of awareness of its leaders. Creating space for leadership reflection contributes to action with intent. We seek to create awareness-raising opportunities so that leaders can act on what matters with a systemic view.
We understand that value creation in organizations takes place at the intersection between different people and teams. We seek to create safe spaces for teams to address difficult issues, align points of view and define what matters to act with purpose.
Each client is a universe to be understood and considered in its particularities. We seek to listen deeply to our clients and support them to be protagonists in solving their issues. Solutions are built by many hands with a systemic vision so that they have adherence and are sustainable in the long term.

The Change Leaders was founded as a network and community of practice in 2004. The group has its origins in the Master in “Consulting and Coaching for Change”, a joint venture of Oxford University, UK, and HEC-Paris, France, and maintains a permanent relationship with the two organizations.
Change Leaders members, including faculty from both institutions, have an average of 20 years of experience as leaders, managers, consultants and coaches in private, public and non-profit organizations. Their experiences span North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and South America. Many are fluent in multiple languages, having worked in multiple regions.
The group is made up of practitioners in the field of change, whether individuals or organizations. Some are recognized researchers, writers, speakers, executives or consultants on topics related to the transformation of individuals, organizations or systems.
This global network and community of practices grows from the formation of new individuals who complete the University of Oxford/HEC-Paris program, as well as the expansion of the body of knowledge generated by new research, consulting and coaching work carried out by its members. This knowledge is shared between members of The Change Leaders and the individuals and organizations served by their services.
